Yang style Tai Chi: traditional instruction - Chinese philosophy
Sometimes defined as a moving meditation, Tai Chi Chuan
is a complete martial art system and is taught as such at the club.
Alongside learning the slow and graceful forms in Tai Chi, practice
may be complemented by additional forms using weapons, push-hands and
numerous self-defence techniques.

Regular Tai Chi Chuan practice brings about benefits as
much on a physical level – relaxation, flexibility, balance and
coordination – as on a mental level: calm, patience, concentration
and self-confidence.
