Here are some healthy habits to develop in order to have a well functioning digestion system:
Chew your food well to get the stomach's digestive juices flowing
Eat until your have filled up only 70% of your stomach
Eat complete meals in 4 to 5 hour intervals
Eat only healthy snacks between meals
Drink lots of water each day
Become a close friend to fibre
Stop eating 3 hours before bedtime
Don't drink during meals
Eat a well balanced meal
Drink one or two large glasses of water upon waking, in order to aid in the elimination of toxins
